Description: |
Part-time (16 hours per week to include Safety Responsibilities) Medical Practice Manager required to manage the Ophthalmology Office for Mountain View Medical Group and have responsibility for oversight and employee training for our Safety program. It will be necessary to have experience managing an Ophthalmology or Optometry Office.

Duties: |
| The Medical Practice Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the medical practice to include assessing patient relations and support. Asset and liability management, personnel and human relation functions, physician administrative support to include credentials and compliance with federal, state, MVMG and medical practice policies and procedures. |
Qualifications: |
We require an undergraduate degree with an emphasis in healthcare, management, business or another related field.
We require computer skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office software. We prefer knowledge of EMR to include patient demographics, patient scheduling and patient accounts management.
We expect you to show quality patient relations and patient service. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to effectively manage and organize multiple tasks.
