Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

· Work one on one with clients to provide exceptional personal care
· Provide household services essential to health care in the hom
· Take and chart client's vital signs, reporting any and all changes
· Ensure that proper safety measures are taken on an on-going basis for client protection
General Background and Minimum Requirements:
- Current CNA certification in state of agency operation
- Six months or more experience in home health or related field preferred
- Ability to provide partial or complete living assistance to patients without assistance from other healthcare workers
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Absolute love of patient care
