| Animal Health International is a premier animal health products distributor offering cattle, equine, poultry, swine and companion animal products and supplies. We have a career opportunity for a SAP ABAP Lead Developer to join our IT team in Greeley, Colorado. |
Duties: |
The SAP ABAP Lead Developer is responsible for development and technical support in SAP ERP. You will work with the functional teams and will lead other developers in development projects.
Duties Include:
ABAP Programming and other development using SAP ERPs development tools. (Screen Painter, Class/Methods, BSPs, Data Dictionary etc)
Mentor and lead other developers
Provide input into the design of SAP enhancements, implementation of new functionality, upgrades and project planning
Ensure quality code, documentation and performance for development projects
Provide SAP support as needed, including analysis, design, development, testing and training
Participate in SAP Training and Events and provide other developers with training opportunities

Qualifications: |
5+ years of ABAP, BSPs Data Dictionary, Debugging, Smartforms, Class/Methods, User Exits, BADIs, Screen Painter, and SAPScript
Broad knowledge of SAP MM, SD and FICO modules
Experience with Design, Testing, Training, Documentation and Performance Tuning
Strong Technical Competency in Object-Oriented Programming and Relational Databases
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Good communication and organizational skills.
Must demonstrate commitment to customer service and must be a team player, self-motivated, flexible and a quick learner
Bachelor of Computer Science degree or a combination of professional experience and training is required
