As an Assistant Manager/Assistant General Manager, you will supervise and administer day-to-day operations of the restaurant and provide leadership to your restaurant staff. You will be responsible for the friendly service and outstanding food we have come to be known for. We offer a QUALITY OF LIFE for our managers with a FIVE-DAY WORK WEEK that consists of approximately a 55-hour workweek. You will enjoy ONE WEEKEND OFF every month, provided your store has adequate management staffing. Qualifications: |
Previous experience in restaurant management is required along with high school diploma or degree in restaurant management.
Candidates will be required to successfully complete a background verification appropriate for the position which may include criminal history, credit history, driving record, prior employment, education/professional credentials, and workers compensation history.
