Duties:

To greet, check-in, check-out, and assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front office related functions throughout the graveyard shift (11pm-7am). To assist in the operation of the PBX switchboard; take messages for guests and hotel staff; assist with the hotel business center and reservations department as necessary; conduct room tours and familiarize guest on the hotel's facilities. This position also includes Night Audit duties such as running daily revenue reoprts; verifying all cash deposits from the Spa, Front Desk, and F&B outlets; and preparing the daily bank deposit.

Qualifications:

Friendly, warm and enthusiastic personality required; basic computer and accounting skills required. Knowledge of Excel required and knowledge of Sprigner Miller POS helpful. Previous front desk, reservations, concierge, belldesk or night audit experience in a luxury property preferred.
